Supply Chain / Procurement

  • Direct and coordinate activities related to purchasing using best practice to support objectives
  • Review and analyze activities, costs, schedule impact and determine action
  • Interface with project team to understand project deliverables and achieve objectives
  • Use independent judgment to make decisions and recommendations to mitigate risk
  • Develop and administer contractual agreements
  • Prepare budgets
  • Maintain Vendor Data Base
  • Liaise with client procurement departments to ensure conformity to procedures
  • Perform procurement functions (i.e. procurement plan, Request for Quotation, Commercial Bid Evaluation & Award, PO’s., Expediting Reporting)
  • Prepare vendor performance review reports
  • Cost/Procurement reporting as required
