Supply Chain / Procurement
- Direct and coordinate activities related to purchasing using best practice to support objectives
- Review and analyze activities, costs, schedule impact and determine action
- Interface with project team to understand project deliverables and achieve objectives
- Use independent judgment to make decisions and recommendations to mitigate risk
- Develop and administer contractual agreements
- Prepare budgets
- Maintain Vendor Data Base
- Liaise with client procurement departments to ensure conformity to procedures
- Perform procurement functions (i.e. procurement plan, Request for Quotation, Commercial Bid Evaluation & Award, PO’s., Expediting Reporting)
- Prepare vendor performance review reports
- Cost/Procurement reporting as required
